Schmidt of Farmington, Missouri was
light at the scale to win the
opening night of the 54th Annual
Hutchinson Grand Nationals as the
O'Reilly/NCRA modified north
division competed atop the famed
Kansas State Fairgrounds in
Hutchinson, Kansas on Friday night.

- Former champion Brian Franz picked
up his first O'Reilly NCRA Modified
North Series feature victory of the
season Saturday night at 81
Speedway. Franz won over Greg
Stephens and Kenny Sweet. It was his
31st NCRA career victory.

Hurd Wins 2010 Opener at 81 Speedway
Park City, Kans. (April 3, 2010) -
After a slow to kick off last years season,
2009 division champion Marc Hurd started this season
off right taking the O’Reilly/NCRA modified north
Hard Rock Hotel-Casino feature win at 81 Speedway in
Park City, Kansas after apparent winner Brad
Johnston came up light at the scales. This after a
midrace tangle with a lapped car took out the two
front runners giving Johnston the lead.

O'Reilly NCRA Modified North Opens Season
Saturday at 81 Speedway
Park City, Kansas (March 28, 2010)
- The O’Reilly/NCRA modified north division is set
to kick off its 13th consecutive season
this coming Saturday night as the division is set to
not only open their season but take to a newly
revamped three-eighths mile clay oval of 81 Speedway
in Park City, Kansas.
